Where It Started...

My entrepreneurial spirit started young.

At twelve, I was teaching dance classes. Dance competitions taught me stage presence and how to perform under pressure, how to be “on” when required.

My adult working life began in hospitals and corporate health, where compliance, process discipline and attention to detail were embedded into daily work. That environment shaped how I think about structure and systems.

Then Life Evolved...

Marriage.
Motherhood.
Business Ownership.

In 2003, I co-founded my first company in the heavy vehicle industry surrounded by trucks, tools and industry sceptics. Over the following years, I founded multiple businesses before co-founding Bold Trailer and Caravan Repair Centre in 2011.

There was no template.
No predefined pathway.
No playbook for what we were building.

Every phase of growth required structural thinking.
Every expansion required systems.
Every challenge required calm decision-making.

Where It Started...

At One Stage, We Operated As A General Workshop

We were competent.
We were working hard.
We were not making any profit.

And we were being compared.

When a business is comparable, it becomes replaceable.

So we made a decision.

We stopped operating broadly.
We defined a niche.
We committed fully to becoming specialists in the recreational vehicle repair sector.

There was no Australian model to follow.
No competitor doing exactly what we were building.
No certainty of outcome.

What we had was clarity.

We reverse engineered where we wanted the business to sit in the market and built the systems, service structure and positioning to support that outcome.

The Transformation Was Measurable...

  • Demand strengthened.

  • Revenue increased.

  • Client quality improved.

  • Reputation expanded beyond our local market.

  • Authority was not claimed, it was built.

We became the only place in Australia doing what we do, the way we do it, and to the extent that we do it.

That strategic shift became the foundation of what I now mentor others to do.

Stop trying to out-hustle the business down the street. Start out-thinking them.
